Location: Hyderabad Exp: 12+Years
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SuccessFactors and Association Certification in at least 1 SuccessFactors module in any of the following,SuccessFactors Employee Central EC particularly in Core HR (Including Time management). SuccessFactors Talent Management in Performance management, Goal Management, SuccessFactors Compensation ,SuccessFactors Report Center & Advance reporting Minimum of 3 end to end SuccessFactors implementation, including hands on design and configuration and Support Functional expertise in several HCM areas including organizational management, personnel administration ,time management, HR reporting, etc is an added qualification Strong understanding of implementation strategy approaches and leading best practices for specific workstreams Data Conversion, Testing / upgrades maintenance Bachelor’s Degree /Master’s Degree Integration experience of SuccessFactors to SAP HR OnPrem and 3 rd parties using integration center & CPI is a plus Proven management and delivery skills in handling client requirements ,Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a Problem solving environment based incidents assigned. Desire to work in an information systems environment,Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills.
